PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. This service and website is fully controlled and operated by LOBO (US Cellcom, 167 East, 61Street, Suite 38-E, New York, NY 10021 USA). By accessing and using the Service, you are hereby agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of LOBO. If you do not agree with all of the following terms and conditions, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, we may occasionally notify you via SMS about changes to the service or provide notices of changes by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the service. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. The participants of this service must be 18 years or older and/or have the bill payers permission. This is an independent promotion and not connected to telecommunication companies or travel agencies in any way. Claiming your reward Once you have received an invite text message, just reply and follow the instructions as stated. You will then receive further text messages with additional information on the rewards and how to claim them. We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value. During the claiming process you will provide current, complete and accurate information as and if prompted to do so. Your mobile phone number will be used for services offered by LOBO ("the Service"). All information requested during registration shall be referred to as the "registration data", "personal details", "personal information" or "details". Please read the LOBO privacy policy for full information and disclosure on how LOBO collects and uses users' personal information. In addition to the terms of the LOBO privacy policy, you grant LOBO the right to disclose the registration data to third parties for the purposes of administering and maintaining the services. Furthermore, LOBO reserves the right to monitor, edit or disclose any personal information about the user, his/her use of the services, or such contents, if LOBO believes that such action is necessary in order to 1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; 2) to protect and defend the rights of LOBO; 3) to act to protect the interests of its members and others. You agree to notify LOBO immediately in the event that you believe that there is unauthorized use of your account. Pricing This is not a free service. Each message sent will cost you R7.5 + VAT until finishing the service (at least 6 SMS to finish the claiming process for the first reward, an additional 3-4 SMS for every further reward) Unsubscribe Please note that you can unsubscribe from this service at any time by sending an email to support@ the-lobop.com, subject UNSUBSCRIBE. Rules of Conduct You agree that your use of the Services is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including, without limitation, the contents of your transmissions through the Services. User agrees not to: Disseminate content intended to harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate any other individual or entity, disseminate obscene, defamatory, indecent, harmful, libellous, unlawful and/or other objectionable material/information. Transmit or upload programs or material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful programs. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Services or any other individual's user and enjoyment of similar services. Termination of Services LOBO may terminate the service at any time with or without cause. LOBO shall not be liable to user of any other party for termination of the services. If user should object to any of the terms and conditions of the services, user may discontinue use of the services. Not with standing what is mentioned in the paragraph above, in case of an one-sided termination of services, LOBO may decide to make a refund, which will never exceed the payment made to LOBO minus costs already incurred. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability LOBO is not liable for failure to monitor or edit messages sent over the services. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and for all activities which occur under user's account. In no event shall LOBO hold liability for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, minus costs already incurred, for accessing this Site. Consistent with this, LOBO, in no event, shall be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or any other damages exceeding the actual amount paid by you. General Information All of LOBO services are for 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated. We cannot accept responsibility for persons under this age using our services, unbeknown to ourselves.
